    Christophe Cordier is currently make things move on the mâconnais. It develops wines of great class which place themselves at the level of some great white wines of the Côte de Beaune, it is regularly quoted in the press reviews specialized as reference in the Mâconnais.
    But it is primarily the efforts and rigorous work carried out to the vine that promote a harvest of healthy grapes and perfectly ripe : a real guarantee of the quality.
    The wine wearing a beautiful dress, clear, golden yellow, with glints luminous. The nose the wine exudes perfumes of white flowers, butter, hawthorn, involved in notes of apple, pear, peach, yellow plums, quince and almond, on a woody base very pleasant.
    The mouth seduced immediately by its and roundness fatty intense in attack, then comes the balance provided by a peak of minerality, which plays on the elegance and finesse of the substance. The aromatic expression is still dominated by the flavors of white flowers and white fruits, and ends on a final mineral and long.
    A wine successful, which attests to the renewal qualitative of the mâconnais and of the seriousness of this field as to the production of great white wines of Burgundy.
